The last quarter of the year we are choosing to celebrate our wonderful patients that we have the honor of serving each day! Last year we raffled off a gift card to one lucky patient, but this year I wanted to spread the good to many. We now have chapstick, new blankets and more accommodating seating in our welcome area. We also have silicone pint cups coming soon! Any patient with an appointment in November or December will receive one on the way out. Our family has a few of these and they seem to be a go-to in our household. We are always seeking out ways to make you feel comfortable, appreciated and heard. After a few patients had trouble with the lounge-style seating, we purchased some higher, wider and firmer chairs. Please let us know in the future if we can do anything to make your experience more comfortable, as we are always striving to meet your needs every step of the way.
It has been an amazing first year in business taking care of you, growing as a new team and serving the Mason community. We are looking forward to the decades to come!
